Sound healing synchronizes brain waves to achieve profound states of relaxation, helping to restore the normal vibratory frequencies of the cells in our bodies. Sounds and Vibrations have a tremendous influence over human functionality as sound touches and influences the emotions like no other source. They are a medicine to recreate that natural and calm state of the mind, body and soul.

Holistic health is more important to the human experience than ever. I hope that in this transitional period of human history, you are able to resurface with a new awareness of yourself and what makes you feel whole.

When vibrations travel through the body, they promote circulation, energy flow, and rejuvenation. The frequency of the sound synchronizes with the brainwaves and activates destress responses in the body.

Sound healing can help you clear energetic blockages and thus facilitate healing on a physical and mental level. Some of the benefits of sound therapy include:

Over the years, sound healing has also been used to treat a number of conditions including anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, autism, and dementia.

Group Sound Healing/Bath

Treat your overstimulated mind to a session of vibrational therapy for the mind body and spirit. Immerse yourself into the sounds of the gong, Tibetian bowls, drums, ocean sounds, Koshis and Mantras from different ancient civilizations and indigenous cultures to promote your own well-being, introspection and harmony.

During a group sound healing session, we start with a simple meditation, tune in to ourselves and then you’ll lie down on the floor or a yoga mat, perhaps cuddle up with a cozy blanket, and simply listen up while I play a variety of instruments and you “bathe” in the soothing sounds and vibrations. After this experience I usually open the circle to share experiences students encounter during their sessions.

Private Session

Need to step out of the busy urban jungle? Come and immerse into the ancient sounds and take a moment to just be.

So, how does it work? During a private sound healing session, also known as a sound bath, you’ll lie down on the the mat, cuddle up with a cozy blanket, and simply listen up while I play a variety of instruments around you and place them on your body. You bathe in the soothing sounds and vibrations.

Couple Soundbath & Healing
